A BlueCore laser source uses dual color wheels to significantly improve white balance and overall brightness. Digital HDMI Output for Multi-Screen Projection

In large meeting rooms designed for 50-80 participants, multiple projected screens can offer the audience improved viewing experiences. Conventional projectors only provide an analog-signal VGA output, which can decay due to transmission distance. The LU950 delivers a perfect digital signal via HDMI output, transmitting directly from projector to projector or other HDMI display devices with no signal degradation.

Digital Image Shrinking and Shift

This convenient feature lets installers shrink an image to 75% of its original size via an OSD menu, all in 0.5% increments. The image can also be shifted left or right, so installers do not have to reinstall or adjust the projector physically in case the image is not precisely aligned on the desired frame and space.

BenQ's LU950 is designed with sealed laser modules and enclosed light engines to protect the DMD chip, color wheel sensor, laser bank, and other optical components. This lock-and-key design hermetically seals the engine from dust to prolong projector lifespan.

Lens shift can move projected images up and down by 60% of screen height, or left and right by 23% of screen width without sacrificing image quality. The 1.6X Big Zoom feature offers a wide range of throw distances to significantly increase installation flexibility for diverse mounting options in various public display scenarios.

Network/Web Control

LU950 is compatible with leading control systems including Extron, Crestron, AMX and PJ-Link, which fulfills network control via LAN. This makes it simple to integrate the LU950 into corporate network infrastructures. When there is no LAN infrastructure, this model also supports RS-232 for reliable long-distance Installations up to 15 meters.
