The TP-Link TL-SM331T is a 1000BASE-T copper SFP module that converts an SFP slot into a standard gigabit RJ45 port. It is the simple way to run a copper drop from a switch whose only free ports are fiber slots, reaching up to 100 m over Cat 5e or better.
