Uniview NVR501-08B – 8-Channel Mini 1U IP Network Video Recorder (H.264/H.265)

The UNV NVR501-08B is a compact and versatile 8-channel IP network video recorder designed for small to medium-scale surveillance deployments. Supporting H.264 and H.265 video compression, it provides efficient storage and smooth playback while maintaining high-quality video performance.

Equipped with 8 IP inputs, the NVR supports up to 80 Mbps incoming and 64 Mbps outgoing bandwidth, ensuring reliable handling of multiple camera streams. Video output options include HDMI (4K) and VGA (1080P) simultaneously, allowing flexible monitoring setups. The device supports 1 SATA drive up to 16TB for extensive recording storage.

Additional features include Fisheye Dewarping (Web interface only) for panoramic cameras, Smart VCA Search (local GUI only) for quick event investigation, and color attribute filtering for enhanced video analysis. This NVR is compatible exclusively with UNV cameras, making it ideal for fully integrated Uniview surveillance systems.

The NVR is rack-mountable (1U) for space-efficient installations, although rack ears are sold separately, and operates on DC12V power. Note that HDMI/VGA output can be disabled through the interface if needed.
