The Williams AV WF SY5 PRO-3 is part of the WaveCAST Wi-Fi audio platform, a DSP-based system that streams assistive-listening or program audio to listeners' own smartphones over a dedicated Wi-Fi network with ultra-low latency. Listeners use the free WaveCAST app (iOS/Android) to pick up the stream on their own device instead of carrying a dedicated receiver, and multiple WaveCAST transmitters can be linked for multi-channel distribution.
