Hikvision Alternatives: NDAA-Compliant Silarius Cameras
Hikvision alternatives: NDAA-compliant Silarius cameras
Need to replace Hikvision cameras? Here is the Silarius camera for every common Hikvision camera type. All are NDAA compliant, have a 3-year Silarius warranty and ship free in the US.
Why buyers are replacing Hikvision
- Section 889 of the 2019 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) bars US federal agencies, and companies that contract with them, from using video surveillance equipment made by Hikvision and Dahua.
- The FCC put Hikvision and Dahua on its Covered List in 2021 and stopped approving new Hikvision and Dahua equipment in 2022.
- More and more bids, insurers and IT policies now ask for NDAA-compliant cameras.
