The Poly Voyager 4300 Leatherette Ear Cushions (783R5AA) are replacement parts for the Voyager 4300. Worn or shared headsets benefit from fresh leatherette ear cushions, which restore comfort and help keep audio sealing properly against the ear. Keeping a few spares on hand avoids taking a headset out of service when a part splits, flattens or goes missing.
