The Poly CCX 400 (84C14AA) is a business media phone with Open SIP firmware, so it works with standard SIP call platforms rather than one specific service. Keeping a spare in the IT cupboard means a meeting room or desk device does not have to sit idle while a replacement is sourced. A spare supply is a quick fix when the original is lost or fails, and keeps equipment running in places where network power is not available.

  • Model: Poly CCX 400
