The Poly Tristar Voice part (85Q67AA) is a replacement voice component for SupraPlus, Encore and Tristar headsets, used to restore or refresh the microphone pickup. Contact centres and busy offices often replace these on a regular schedule, since one headset may be worn for many hours a day. Swapping in new parts is quick and needs no tools, so it is an easy job to do at the desk.

  • Fits: SupraPlus, Encore and Tristar
  • Pack: 1 piece
  • Part number: 85Q67AA
