The Poly Blackwire 3315/3325 Leatherette Ear Cushions (85S22AA) are replacement parts for the Blackwire 3315/3325. Worn or shared headsets benefit from fresh leatherette ear cushions, which restore comfort and help keep audio sealing properly against the ear. Cushions, tips and similar wear parts are the first things to tire on a headset in daily use, and fresh ones also make a shared headset more pleasant to hand over.
