The Poly Blackwire C3215 Headset (8M3X8AA) is a corded headset. Blackwire headsets connect by cable to a PC, giving clear, consistent audio for softphone calls and online meetings. A wired connection means no battery to manage and no pairing, which makes corded headsets easy for IT to deploy at scale. Headsets free the hands for typing and note-taking during calls, which is why they are standard equipment in support and sales teams.
